An attorney at the NY Office of Attorney General recently admitted through affidavit that she had “requested and then received” records from the NYS Police about their on-site visits to state-licensed “Dealers in Firearms.” This affidavit is part of what is now submitted for judicial decision in the case of Blue Line Sports LLC, et al. v.
